ROLE SUMMARY:
Be a part of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience at our Tour Center. As a Team Member at the gift shop you have the opportunity to welcome the community and assist them with their retail experience. Team members at our gift shop operate a computer-based POS and assist with store displays.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome, greet, and assist guests.
  • Perform sales transactions and operate a computer-based Point of Sale.
  • Assist guests on sales floor with merchandise information.
  • Restock store displays and keep warehouse organized.
  • Receive merchandise and process inventory.
  • Maintain organization on sales floor by following visual expectations.
  • Assist retail assistant manager and leads as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to set priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be willing to learn inventory system
  • Able to work in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple departments
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and private events
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds (including overhead)
  • Able to stand, lift, walk, carry throughout entire shift
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather condition
