A top-tier technology-driven organization in Minneapolis, MN is looking for an IAM Engineer to bolster their cybersecurity and compliance operations. In this capacity, you will be charged with fortifying the company's digital perimeter by developing and administering identity management frameworks and enhancing the organization's access control across hybrid environments.
The successful candidate will contribute to the selection and integration of new IAM platforms, implement secure authentication services, and coordinate lifecycle events such as onboarding, offboarding, and access modification. • Understanding of identity protocols and directory services (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, OpenID Connect)
  • Scripting ability with Python, PowerShell, Bash or a comparable language to automate processes
  • Demonstrated experience in access provisioning, policy enforcement, or identity audit support
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work in highly regulated sectors or mid-to-large enterprise environments
  • Background in cloud IAM integration or policy enforcement with major providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience developing identity workflows to support compliance initiatives (e.g. SOX, HIPAA, PCI)
  • Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or cloud vendor credentials
What to Expect
  • The position is fully hands-on with significant exposure to new IAM technologies and process design

  • Regular interaction with the compliance and infrastructure groups to ensure robust IAM and governance
