Facility:
This healthcare facility features a state-of-the-art 357-bed tertiary referral center that opened in July 2023 as part of a physician-led, integrated healthcare delivery system. The facility includes an outpatient endoscopy unit with 8 endoscopy suites, a motility lab, two dedicated endoscopy rooms in the main hospital for inpatient procedures, and maintains a University of Minnesota medical school affiliation.

Job Details:
• Seeking BE/BC general Gastroenterologists as part of planned expansion
• Serve a regional service area of 490,000 with opportunities for outreach into surrounding communities
• Position accommodates subspecialty interests including IBD, liver disease, and esophageal diseases
• Goal of minimum 1:8 call schedule with ERCP and EUS experience not required
• Join current group of four general gastroenterologists, one GI hospitalist, and two additional gastroenterologists joining in 2026
• Support from 11 advanced practice providers for outpatient visits and inpatient GI consultation service including weekends
• All GI hospital admissions managed by IM hospitalist service with GI functioning as consultative service
• State-of-the-art Digestive Health Center performing full spectrum of endoscopy procedures
• Teaching, research and outreach opportunities available
• BC/BE in Gastroenterology required
