Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:MERCY HOSPITAL ST LOUIS GI LAB -PRN Registered Nurse Overview:

GI Endoscopy (GI Lab) is a procedural department. The broad patient population, including both outpatient and inpatient, come to the GI Lab for diagnosis screening and/or treatments. The minimally invasive surgical procedures primarily include colonoscopies and endoscopies, as well as advanced gallbladder cases.

  • Monday- Friday hours based on department needs

Qualifications:

  • Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program

  • Preferred Education:BSN

  • Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

  • Certifications: BLS through American Heart Association

  • Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience.
