Locums Account Manager – Direct Business
Remote | Must Reside in CO, FL, GA, KY, MA, MO, MS, NH, or TX
Base Salary: $75,000 + Lucrative Commission Structure
GHI Staffing Solutions is partnered with a growing healthcare staffing organization seeking an experienced Locums Account Manager to join their fully remote team. This position is focused on direct client business development, account growth, and maintaining strong client relationships within the Locum Tenens space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow existing client relationships within assigned accounts
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staffing needs
• Book providers and manage open job orders within assigned accounts
• Develop strong client partnerships through proactive communication and service
• Conduct market consultations regarding rates, staffing trends, and service agreements
• Collaborate internally with recruiting, provider services, accounting, and leadership teams
• Maintain CRM accuracy and workflow management
• Meet and exceed assigned gross profit and KPI goals
Required Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare staffing experience within Locum Tenens
• Current or previous experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Representative, or similar client-facing staffing role
• Proven success growing existing accounts
• Preferred experience bringing in new business opportunities
• Strong phone sales, relationship management, and communication skills
• Experience working remotely in a self-managed environment
• Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
• Experience negotiating rates and service agreements
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare client environments and identify new opportunities
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
