Now Hiring: Quality Systems Manager |Norwalk and Freemont OH | $80,000-$90,000

We're seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs for a well-established food manufacturing company. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining GFSI standards, overseeing Quality Assurance and Sanitation functions, leading HACCP initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead food safety, quality, sanitation, and compliance programs
  • Serve as GFSI Compliance Lead and HACCP Team Leader
  • Manage customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
  • Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards
  • Lead investigations, corrective actions, and quality improvements
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Leadership to support plant performance
  • Train employees and foster a strong food safety culture

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of quality or food safety experience in food manufacturing
  • Experience leading GFSI programs (SQF, BRC, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred
