Job description

IT Partners seeks experienced General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide OCONUS financial management system support for operations across the USCENTCOM AOR. SMEs will support both enduring and deployed sites, providing advanced functional support, training, help‑desk resolution, data integrity analysis, and interface troubleshooting.

Requirements

GFEBS Functional & Technical Support

- Provide Level II Help Desk support for GFEBS functional areas.

- Support related systems including SPS, WAWF, DDS, LMP, FMS, GCSS‑A, ATAAPS, AXOL, and BI/ECC.

- Diagnose and resolve interface errors across GFEBS and interacting systems.

Financial Management & Data Integrity

- Conduct research, data validation, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.

- Produce financial reports using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

- Develop and deliver workshops, user training, job aids, SOPs, and workflow guidance.

- Provide one‑on‑one coaching and support to new users and functional stakeholders.

Mission Support & Process Improvement

- Provide expert recommendations to enhance processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Maintain logs of SME taskings, resolutions, and recurring issues.

Deployment, Security & Compliance

- Maintain SECRET clearance and meet all AT/OPSEC/CAC/security requirements.

- Complete required OCONUS theater training.

- Ensure all visa and host‑nation requirements are completed on schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

- 4+ years GFEBS experience (1+ year as SME/help desk).

- Experience resolving system issues and processing transactions.

- Experience with Remedy, Change Control Board activities, and BI/ECC reporting.

- Familiarity with AP, AR, FM, MM, PS, SD, CVS functional areas.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced), Access, and PowerPoint.

- Fully trained per GFEBS Role-to-Course Master Mapping.
