Part-Time Hospitality Associate - Port St. Joe, FL

Panhandle Getaways is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented local to join our team in Port St. Joe!

This is not your typical desk job. In this part-time role, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences at our vintage boutique motel, The Pink Flamingo, while supporting daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests.

Position Details

  • Part-Time
  • Shifts available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required

What You'll Do

  • Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and general inquiries
  • Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality
  • Support housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with laundry operations and linen management
  • Help manage and promote sales in the motel's general store
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for guests
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a positive guest experience
