Position Overview
Our remote travel support division is expanding, and we're seeking motivated, detail-focused individuals to join us as Customer Experience Getaway Consultant. In this role, you'll support clients as they plan and organize upcoming trips by helping coordinate travel details, maintaining booking information, and ensuring each step of the process is handled smoothly and accurately.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a structured yet flexible remote environment. Full training and ongoing support are provided, making this a strong fit for both newcomers and those with previous customer service experience.
Core Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and scheduling needs
