Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for all HMNA New Machine Order Engineering data and documentation completion.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

  • On a computer- Build new machine data in order system for Mechanical and Electrical areas
  • On a computer- Manage data input for Machine changes in our system
  • On a computer- Create and order data plates for Machine
  • On a computer- Create USBs using our internal system to support Machine build.
  • Print and assemble Production Binder for Floor support
  • Print and assemble Customer Binders for new machine
  • Print Labels for production machines and assembly
  • Request Documentation, machine layouts and communicate with Germany
  • .Support all aspects of New build order Engineering tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma, or education in process to achieve
  • Associates degree
  • Minimum 2 years in data entry and Office environment

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to apply a critical thought process to tasks
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Team player
  • MS Office Suite
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Speak German language is preferred but not required.
