PolyMedics Innovations (PMI) is a fast-growing, family-owned medical company specializing in innovative wound care products. With our headquarters in Germany and our U.S. operations based in Woodstock, GA, our products are used in more than 40 countries to help physicians treat burns, difficult-to-heal wounds, and complex skin injuries.

As our U.S. team continues to grow, we're looking for someone organized, dependable, and ready to take on an important role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.



We're excited to welcome our newest team member to our Woodstock, GA office as an:


ADMINISTRATIVE & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR


Logistics & Order Management

  • Receiving and checking incoming purchase orders
  • Entering customer orders into our ERP system
  • Processing customer inquiries and confirming orders
  • Picking products from inventory
  • Preparing shipping documents
  • Ordering, coordinating, and following up on customer deliveries
  • Communicating with FedEx and the FDA regarding international inventory shipments
  • Counting, organizing, and managing inventory
  • Assisting customers and sales reps with orders and shipping-related questions


Administrative & Financial Support

  • Processing customer check payments and supporting accounts receivable activities
  • Processing and maintaining employee expense reports
  • Assisting with accounts receivable and customer account management
  • Maintaining accurate records of payments, expenses, and customer transactions
  • Managing and maintaining Sunshine Act documentation and reporting information for employees
  • Handling various administrative and operational tasks


YOUR COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, confident personality with strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in administrative support, order processing, customer service, accounting, or logistics is an advantage
  • Experience working in an ERP system is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with numbers, financial records, and documentation
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Conscientious, dependable, and reliable approach to work
