• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health issues, thereby creating personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s needs.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to empower clients in achieving their goals.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic objectives collaboratively with clients to ensure a focused and results-driven approach throughout the treatment journey.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may face geographical barriers, logistical challenges, or personal preferences for virtual engagement.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and adjustment issues. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in a related field, including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, making you adept at establishing trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining organizational skills for administrative tasks.

• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technologies effectively.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client data and documentation efficiently.
• Experience with diverse client populations and the ability to tailor counseling techniques according to varied cultural contexts.
