Nextaff is looking to hire 1st shift Very Experienced Administrative Personnel with Dispatch Experience.
This position requires customer service experience from an office environment, not from retail stores or hospitality.
Job Details:
  • Pay: $18-$19/hour.
  • Shift Hours: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday Through Friday.
  • Requirements:
    • Over five years of data entry experience is preferred.
    • Must be proficient in Excel.
    • Plus to be able to operate a desktop computer with 10-key.
    • Must be able to pass E-Verify, drug screen, and background check.
    • Logistics Dispatch experience required.
  • Benefits:
    • Weekly pay each Friday on either a payment card or direct deposit.
    • Benefit options are available on day 1.
  • Duties:
    • Dispatching.
    • Route planning.
    • Scheduling pickup/delivery appointments with customers.
    • Keeping track of shipments, their due dates, and planning to ship/deliver them accordingly (will also need to coordinate with warehouse manager).
    • Updating system for tracking status and uploading paperwork into system.
    • Miscellaneous administrative tasks.
