Job description

About Fellow

At Fellow, we're on a mission to help people brew ridiculously good coffee at home. But we're more than just beautifully designed kettles and grinders-we're a brand built on innovation, community, and culture. We believe great coffee isn't just about the final cup; it's about the experience, the ritual, and the people who make it all happen.

We're looking for an Amazon UK/EU Manager to own and accelerate Fellow's presence across five markets-UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. This is a newly created role that reflects our commitment to building a dedicated, in-house capability in Europe, and is central to our path to hit our goal.ย

Who You Are

You are a hands-on Amazon operator who thrives in the details and thinks in systems. You understand that sustainable marketplace growth is built on strong foundations-healthy account hygiene, well-localized listings, tightly managed advertising, and seamless cross-functional execution.

You are fluent in both English and German-not just linguistically, but culturally-and you bring that fluency to every listing, ad, and customer interaction you own. You are proactive, not reactive; you investigate root causes rather than escalate symptoms, and you build processes that scale.

This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office and requires regular in-office presence in accordance with company policy.

What You'll Do

Account Health & Operations

  • ย  Own daily account health monitoring across all five EU/UK markets, proactively identifying and resolving Buy Box loss, out-of-stock events, suppressed listings, and compliance gaps.
  • ย  Lead root cause investigations on recurring issues-not just flagging problems, but building resolution processes that prevent recurrence.
  • ย  Manage PAN-EU fulfillment gaps and coordinate with Operations and Finance to improve inventory availability for key electrical SKUs.
  • ย  Establish and maintain B2B pricing across all regions.

Advertising Strategy (PPC + DSP)

  • ย  Audit and rebuild campaign structures in UK and DE, applying learnings from the US market architecture and leveraging Perpetua for campaign management and automation.
  • ย  Own keyword research and ad copy localization for UK and DE; extend to FR, IT, and ES using translation and third-party tools.
  • ย  Partner with the US-based advertising lead to launch DSP in Germany and build out full-funnel strategy across EU markets.
  • ย  Optimize campaigns regularly: bid management, keyword pruning, AMC audience activation, and SB/SD/DSP creative localization.

Catalog & Merchandising

  • ย  Audit listing quality and SEO opportunities across all five markets, prioritizing by revenue impact.
  • ย  Own PDP optimization in German, including title changes, bullet localization, thumbnail adaptation, and A+ content-with rollout to remaining geos to follow.
  • ย  Activate and manage A/B tests for titles, bullets, and images in UK and DE; lead rollout of localized thumbnails globally.
  • ย  Investigate and resolve listing syndication issues; upgrade A+ to Premium and localize video content across markets.

Reporting & Analysis

  • ย  Build out EU/UK ad reporting at SKU level to match the US structure, and own weekly WBR data pulls and MFR ad analysis for all five markets.
  • ย  Develop bespoke analysis tailored to EU/UK market dynamics; surface opportunities proactively rather than reporting reactively.
  • ย  Collaborate with the broader Amazon team to integrate EU/UK insights into existing reporting cadences and formats.

New Product Launches & Transparency Setup

  • ย  Own end-to-end setup for new product launches across EU/UK, coordinating with wholesale distributor partners as needed.
  • ย  Manage Transparency program enrollment and setup, training additional team members to build internal capability over time.

Qualifications

  • ย  Native or near-native fluency in both English and German-written and spoken; essential for listing optimization, ad copy, and customer communications.
  • ย  3-5 years of hands-on Seller Central experience, with demonstrated ownership across advertising, catalog, and account health.
  • ย  Proficiency with Amazon advertising tooling; experience with Perpetua or equivalent DSP/PPC platforms strongly preferred.
  • ย  Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with ad data, sales reporting, and marketplace metrics to drive decisions.
  • ย  Cross-functional communicator who can work effectively with Operations, Finance, Design, and Category teams.
  • ย  Experience managing multiple markets simultaneously; familiarity with EU VAT and compliance requirements.
  • ย  Self-starter who builds systems and processes, not just executes tasks.

Why You'll Love This Role

This is a rare opportunity to own something meaningful from the ground up. You won't be a supporting player-you'll be the person who defines how Fellow shows up across Europe. You'll have the autonomy to build, the resources to grow, and the support of a team that cares deeply about doing things right.

  • ย  Competitive compensation including employee equity plan
  • ย  Generous paid time off
  • ย  Pension with company contribution
  • ย  Private medical/dental/vision insurance
  • ย  Monthly wellness and fitness stipend
  • ย  Paid parental leave
  • ย  Generous discount on Fellow products
  • ย  The best coffee you'll find anywhere

Salary range: $120,000- $130,000 based on experience.ย  Plus, bonus and equity package.

Our highest goal at Fellow is creating a safe, inclusive, and rewarding environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work and thrive. We are committed to building diverse teams and strongly encourage people from underrepresented groups, including but not limited to women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.ย

Fellow is an equal opportunity employer. Applicants will not be discriminated against because of race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, religion, national origin, citizenship status, disability, ancestry, marital status, veteran status, medical condition or any protected category prohibited by local, state or federal laws.
