Remote | Relocation Support | 8-Month Contract

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Experts for an international project with Booking.com.

Role Overview

You will support customers with reservations, cancellations, payments, refunds, and general inquiries while ensuring high-quality service in German and English.

Details:

Work Model: Remote

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Salary: €1,300 gross + bonuses

Schedule: Rotational shifts (08:00–00:00), Mon–Fri + weekends

Training: 3 weeks (English)

Contract: 8 months

Requirements:

German C1 / Native

English B2+

Good PC & communication skills

Contact center experience is a plus
