Premier Luxury Dealership Opportunity – Annapolis, MD 21403

National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is conducting a confidential search for a premier luxury automotive dealership and dealership group seeking experienced Automotive Technicians who are ready to build a long-term career with one of the industry's most respected organizations.

If you have Mercedes-Benz, German import, ASE, or OEM certification experience, we want to hear from you. Technicians of all skill levels are encouraged to apply, including Apprentice, B-Level, A-Level, Master, and Certified Mercedes-Benz Technicians.

Compensation
$31.00 – $55.00 per flat-rate hour, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and manufacturer training. This pay range is positioned approximately 20% above the typical low and high market rates for the Annapolis area, rewarding experienced professionals who consistently perform at a high level.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Mercedes-Benz and other German luxury vehicles

  • Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability diagnostics

  • Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications

  • Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and service information

  • Maintain quality workmanship and productivity standards

  • Work closely with service advisors and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

  • Previous dealership technician experience preferred

  • Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred

  • German import experience highly desired

  • ASE Certifications and/or OEM Certifications are a plus

  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
