You'll be the connection point between our digital traffic and our in-store success, making sure every inquiry is handled with care, every customer appointment is executed with precision, and every opportunity turns into a result.

Your impact includes:

  • Overseeing the full appointment process - from internet lead to showroom visit to sale.

  • Partnering with Sales Management to plan and execute daily appointment and sales strategies.

  • Coaching and supporting the BDC team on lead handling, deal preparation, and communication best practices.

  • Ensuring consistent follow-up on all showroom traffic and missed appointments to capture every opportunity.

  • Generating clear, actionable performance reports that keep the team focused on what drives results.

  • Collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen processes, and improve conversion.

  • Providing hands-on training and support to sales staff to help close deals and enhance performance.

You'll work directly with store leadership and have a visible impact on the dealership's success every single day.
