Service Valet

Germain Lexus of Easton | Columbus, OH

About the Role

Germain Lexus of Easton is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Service Valet to join our service department team. In this role, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see - greeting them, safely moving and parking vehicles, and providing shuttle transportation to and from their homes or workplaces while their vehicle is being serviced. If you take pride in great customer service and enjoy driving, this is a great opportunity to join a premier automotive brand.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers arriving for service with a professional, courteous attitude
  • Safely drive and park customer vehicles in designated service areas
  • Provide prompt, safe shuttle transportation for customers to and from their homes, offices, or other nearby locations
  • Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition
  • Communicate clearly with the service team regarding vehicle drop-off and pick-up times
  • Maintain accurate mileage and shuttle logs as required
  • Assist with light lot organization and vehicle staging as needed
  • Follow all dealership and traffic safety procedures at all times
