Pennoni is currently looking for a Geothermal Inspector to join our team on a full-time, direct basis at our Construction Materials Laboratory in Haddon Heights, NJ.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform in the field inspections related to the installation of geothermal systems primarily vertical and horizontal closed loop systems.
  • Sampling of grout may be required.
  • Monitoring work for compliance with approved drawings and submittals.
  • Produce daily written field reports.

Required Attributes:
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of verifiable professional Geothermal Inspection experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and with others
  • Experience using Microsoft Windows and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) Inspector Certification
  • Other construction related certifications including but not limited to ACI, PCI, AWS, and ICC.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and clients.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with precision and accuracy.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Self starter.
  • Able to think independently and direct other people.

TARGET SALARY RANGE: $61,200 - $83,200 (per year)
