About The Role:

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will serve as a technical and project leader, guiding geotechnical projects from early planning through final delivery while upholding high standards for safety, quality, and performance. You will apply advanced knowledge of subsurface investigations, analysis, and design to develop sound, practical solutions for challenging site conditions. In this role, you'll work closely with clients and project partners, contribute to business development initiatives, and help strengthen long-term client relationships. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and refining processes to improve efficiency and consistency, supporting both individual development and the continued growth of the team.

  • Geotechnical Analysis & Design: Perform and oversee advanced evaluations related to foundations, settlement, slope stability, and earth support systems, and recommend appropriate ground improvement or mitigation methods.
  • Project & Client Collaboration: Partner with clients, contractors, and internal teams to support successful project execution while providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Reporting & Proposal Development: Produce clear, well-organized technical reports, contribute to project proposals, and support marketing and relationship-building activities.
  • Leadership & Quality Focus: Promote best practices by maintaining compliance with company standards, emphasizing safety, risk management, schedule adherence, and quality control throughout all phases of work.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Mining, or a related engineering field
  • You have a Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the A/E/C industry
  • You have a Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain
  • You have a strong proficiency in computer skills, including at a minimum Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
