Seeking a Mid to Senior level Project Manager to provide Owner Representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in Eagle Mountain, Utah. This individual will manage various scopes during the base build of multiple buildings on campus.

Minimum Qualifications:

B

achelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or applicable trade/superintendent experience.

7

-10 years of experience working in either design or construction of projects. Experience in Labs, Semiconductor, Data Center, and/or Critical Facility Construction is necessary.

roficient use of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

trong written and oral communication skills to exchange information with senior management, service providers, workers, and contractors
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Schedule:

eview construction manager's (CM) monthly forecast.

H

old weekly CPM schedule review meetings

A

ttend multiple CM/subcontractor detailed planning meetings

O

wner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment schedule management

V

endor start up scheduling

C

ommissioning schedule coordination

O

wner/Direct vendor schedule management (IT, Roofing Consultant, Geotech, Third Party Inspectors)

C

ustomer Fitout - schedule management

C

ustomer Fitout - Phase turn over alignment (base build & Tenant)
Cost:

MP buyout review and support

MP buyout detailed analysis and ownership of recommendations

rovide VE recommendations with analysis

hange order review and approval (cost approval and process flow)

roactive cost avoidance/reduction ideas

onthly pay application review

fter initial design, manage design coordination efforts

oordinate customer fit out design package integration (non base-build)

alidate design cost and process changes

anagement of construction administration process
Permit/AHJ:

anage and communicate overall permit process

A

HJ inspection and certificate of occupancy process management.
