What It Takes
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and have 0 to 2 years minimum of experience in the design of temporary works, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects.
- Masters degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures preferred.
- Successful completion of the FE exam
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Mathcad, AutoCAD, and Finite Element Analysis.
- Previous construction field experience is a plus.
- Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a quickly changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication are required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
