Build more than your resume this summer. Work alongside experienced engineers on projects that strengthen communities, improve infrastructure, and shape the future. As an intern, you'll contribute to meaningful work while gaining hands-on experience in your chosen engineering discipline.
But your experience won't stop there. You'll have opportunities to explore our other technical practice areas, helping you discover new interests and better understand where your career can take you. Whether you're passionate about water, transportation, or environmental solutions, you'll gain valuable insight into the diverse work we do across the firm.
We also believe internships are about more than technical experience-they're about building your professional network. Throughout the summer, you'll connect with fellow interns, emerging professionals, and leaders across the company through networking events, professional development opportunities, and activities hosted by our Young Professionals Group.
What does the internship involve?
Our internships are designed to provide an immersive, collaborative experience. You'll work in the office alongside your team each day, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships, learn through mentorship, and collaborate with fellow interns and professionals.
Please note that relocation and housing stipends are NOT provided for internship positions.

Qualifications
  • Current student pursuing a BS or MS degree in one of the majors listed above
  • Graduation date of August 2027 or later
