Fantastic comp plan. Realistic year 1 target compensation starting at $50,000 at plan. Compensation is based on salary, commission amp; bonuses.

Responsibilities for the Major Account Representative:

  • Locate and develop new business opportunities within a territory for each of the company’s product segments
  • Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis and oversee all sales activity within the assigned territory
  • Report on all sales activity, via CRM and manage business through that technical platform
  • Frequent communication with inside support
  • Manage workload and respond to customers in a timely manner, including follow-up contact for potential leads
  • Obtain a broad understanding of product segments and their related functional capacities
  • Make outbound telemarketing amp; cold calls to prospective amp; current customers
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Cold call on businesses to initiate sales conversations
  • Identify and target potential business clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Present and demonstrate products/services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and results
