We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture.SummaryWe currently have a Chemical Engineering / Chemistry Intern position in the Mining & Manufacturing department of Simplot. This role will be focused on supporting the mining of phosphate ore and production of phosphate and ammonia based fertilizers from the Frontier Building in Pocatello, ID. This role is expected to be involved with the development of new products/processes and refinements of existing processes. The role will be tailored depending on if the successful applicant is working towards a Chemical Engineering or Chemistry degree. The position is a full-time internship starting in January of 2027.
