Qualifications
Genesys CTI Consultants
ย ย  ย Working Experience in Genesys contact center applications, with indepth development work experience in Genesys framework components.
ย ย  ย Should have worked specifically on implementing Genesys based Inbound solutions
ย ย  ย Experience in GVP
ย ย  ย Very strong in programming in Genesys Framework that includes Genesys GUI's, Composer and Genesys IRD.
ย ย  ย Multi-site, multi-channel implementation/design work experience
ย ย  ย Work experience on architecting Genesys based contact center solutions with Genesys components is required.
ย ย  ย Knowledge on Genesys eServices, Genesys Outbound solutions , Genesys Reporting
ย ย  ย Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
ย ย  ย Experience with Windows Server and Linux Server installations and Administrationย
