Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst for their Genesys Telephony System. The role involves supporting and developing the migration of the existing Genesys i3 Dialer to the Genesys CX Cloud Platform, along with providing ongoing support during and after the migration process.
Responsibilities:
• Genesys Cloud design and Administrator, Knowledge of Genesys Architect, IVR.
• Experience with Dialer and Integrations, Text to Speech and ASR. Most have broad Genesys Cloud knowledge.
