1. Design the outbound dialing and texting in the Preference center project. Work with the business IT architects and vendor to build a solution for outbound text and dialing use cases.

2. Clearly understand the business requirements and high level use cases to provide options to the client and recommend best approach to build the solution.

3. Collaborate with Client IT, vendors and internal Cognizant resources to implement the solution.

4. Oversee and mentor less experienced members of the team to accomplish the deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Genesys Outbound implementation experience in 8.1 framework is a must have.

2. Genesys Callback solution implementation experience.

3. Genesys Outbound Reporting

4. Genesys eServices (SMS) server implementation experience.
