Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Developer to build voice and digital bots using Genesys Cloud CX. The role involves working with APIs for integrations and customizing bot functionalities to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
• From a high-level Architect's perspective, building voice/digital bots. While having a foundation understanding of variables, loops, decision logic, and switch statements
• To build voice/digital bots in Genesys Cloud CX, any required integrations, additional technical skills may be valuable or necessary.
• Working with APIs to exchange information with other tools
• Writing scripts or code to handle special logic
• REST APIs: For connecting to external systems, databases, or services using Genesys APIs (users, conversations, analytics, etc.)
• OAuth & Authentication: Managing secure access when calling external systems
• configuring and customizing.
• Need additional skills on advanced or customized bot needs to be. For example:
• JavaScript – Often used when building connectors between Genesys and other systems. It can also help add extra logic behind the scenes (like in cloud environments such as AWS).
• Python – Commonly used in AI projects. If you're connecting your bot to smart services (like Google or Amazon AI tools), this can be very helpful.
