Attorney/Project Manager needed at Genesis Systems, Inc., the national leader in Vitals Records applications. Genesis provides over 25% of the Birth, Death and Life event data to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and contracts directly with State Departments of Health and Hospital Systems. The position requires review of contracts, conducting Joint Application Design sessions, assuring contract compliance and limiting "scope creep".

Genesis contracts are generally for the development of state-wide enterprise level Vital Record applications and include modules for Birth, Death, Marriage, Divorce, and Point of Sale Systems facilitating Issuance of Certified Copies. Genesis retains ownership to all developed code and operates nationally. As a result, limited travel is required. This is a growth position with other opportunities in the future.
Additionally, Genesis is commonly owned by Huber & Associates (a CPA firm) and Go-Certificates.com, Inc. and other organizations which also provide other opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a juris doctor (J.D.) degree and licensed in the State of PA
  • Prior litigation experience (desired)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and learn quickly
