What you need to know:
Genesis Products is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to be responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of the equipment and premises. The technician will perform maintenance tasks such as electrical troubleshooting, equipment repairs, fabrication, facility maintenance, etc. The ideal candidates will be thorough a professional who is able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health, safety and environmental guidelines. The goal is to maintain the equipment, buildings and common areas in the best possible condition
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work from as well as create list of priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with robots or laminators is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic electrical (running power, troubleshooting connections, replacing relays).
  • Fabrication (manufacturing welding required, cutting, reading blueprints).
  • Ability to utilize technical books.
  • Ability to utilize the internet to do research to troubleshoot and locate parts.
