In Home Sales Consultant - Generator (no direct experience required - Car Sales relevant)

As a Residential Estimator (Generator Sales) you're at the heart of the company's sales operations and activities and the soul that keeps the business running and growing. You will report to the General Manager of Oregon Generators and oversee all sales operations for the customers you serve. You will be supported through the full cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and installation planning to keep you focused on sales and customer support.

You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with key software (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Dropbox). You have a customer-first mindset and bring care and empathy into your interactions with customers, partners, and teammates.

Pay: $85,000 - $150,000+ per year; base + commission structure.

Benefits: Medical insurance (95% covered for the employee), Dental, Vision, 401k w/company match up to 4%, 52 hours PTO, Sick Time accrued 1 hour per 40 hours worked, 11 Paid holidays

Primary Job Duties:

  • Estimation of mechanical/electrical projects (Generator Installation)

Qualifications/Experience

  • 3+ years of Sales Experience.
  • Familiarity with financing goods/services (Car loans, home improvement).
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite (Excel, Google Docs); comfortable with technology and new software.
  • Excellent judgment, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of management and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and highly observant, ensuring sales operations run smoothly at all times.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, and willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks.
  • Positive, warm, and empathetic to customers, business partners, and employees.
  • Humble and eager to learn.
