  • Creating & executing test cases, providing feedback to technical/dev team members, and presenting during client demos

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience supporting software development lifecycle activities, including requirements clarification, testing support, and defect tracking
  • 1+ years of experience in software testing and/or quality engineering
  • 1+ years of experience creating and executing test cases and documenting defects
  • Experience with at least 1 eligibility and enrollment (E&E) system used by a government agency
  • Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Software Development experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale public sector systems modernization programs
  • Experience with human services program operations or technology platforms
  • Experience creating user stories, process flows, traceability documentation, or test support documentation
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business, technical, and testing teams
