The AI Specialist partners with employees across the organization to identify opportunities where AI can drive meaningful efficiency and innovation. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and enabling AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and MedPro's internal LLM capabilities, while increasing overall AI literacy and adoption.
In this role, you will...
  • Partner directly with employees and teams to identify and solve real-world business problems using AI, from idea through implementation.
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot and MedPro's LLM capabilities.
  • Lead and deliver training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning opportunities to increase AI knowledge and confidence across MedPro.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for Copilot, staying current on new features, updates, and best practices.
  • Support governance, responsible use, and effective configuration of AI tools in alignment with MedPro policies.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field such as Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a similar discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, automation, or emerging workplace technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, generative AI tools, or large language models through coursework, internships, projects, or self-directed learning.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with an ability to apply to AI to improve productivity.
