  • Strong hands-on expertise with React, Next.js, or comparable front-end frameworks, with a proven ability to build scalable and maintainable solutions.

  • Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing accessible, user-centric interfaces.

  • Experience implementing state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Flux.

  • Proficiency with modern frontend tooling including Node.js, NPM, Yarn, Webpack, and Babel.

  • Demonstrated commitment to quality through unit, integration, acceptance, and end-to-end testing using tools such as Jest and Playwright.

  • Experience optimizing application performance with a strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, web performance best practices, and SEO principles.

  • Strong knowledge of web security standards, including OWASP Top 10, XSS, CSRF, CSP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and secure coding practices.

  • Experience leveraging Design Systems to ensure consistency, scalability, accessibility, and reusable component development.

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
