Part-time (3 days a week)

Nexus HR is seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial General Dentist to help establish and lead a new dental practice in Chowchilla, CA. Qualified candidates with leadership and practice management experience who are interested in a partnership opportunity are encouraged to apply.

About the Job

This role is ideal for an experienced dentist who enjoys building and managing a practice from the ground up while delivering exceptional patient care. The right candidate will have the leadership skills to oversee clinic operations and may have the opportunity to become a long-term partner in the practice.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with a strong focus on quality patient care.

  • Help establish and grow a new dental practice from the ground up.

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the dental department.

  • Order dental equipment, instruments, and clinical supplies.

  • Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and facility needs to ensure smooth clinic operations.

  • Develop efficient clinical workflows and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Mentor and support clinical staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience.

  • Utilize electronic dental records and practice management software efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or leading a dental clinic or dental department.
