Location: Leaders Furniture Distribution Center – Largo, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00/hour + team-based incentive pay

What You'll Do
  • Scan, sort & move: Use handheld scanners to manage inventory with speed and accuracy.
  • Prep for delivery: Load furniture onto trucks with care and teamwork
  • Rotate & grow: Train across receiving, quality control, and lift operation
  • Keep it clean: Maintain a safe, organized workspace
  • Operate equipment: Get certified as a forklift operator
What It Takes
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. regularly (and up to 100 lbs. with help)
