Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, controlling inventory, and ensuring overall store profitability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees.
  • Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.

Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and effective merchandising.
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store goals.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Operations Management
