Now Hiring: Welder / General Shop Helper


Full-Time Position


We are seeking a dependable and motivated Welder / General Shop Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have welding experience, a strong work ethic, and the flexibility to assist with a variety of shop and field-related tasks as needed.


Position Overview:

This position involves welding as well as general shop duties. Candidates must understand that the role is not limited to welding only. Responsibilities may include assisting with fabrication, material handling, cleanup, equipment preparation, general labor, and other tasks necessary to support daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform welding and fabrication work as assigned

·         Accurately read and use a tape measure

·         Assist with general shop duties, cleanup, and organization

·         Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely

·         Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently

·         Work safely and maintain a clean, productive work environment

·         Support team members with additional duties as needed


Required Qualifications:

·         Previous welding experience required

·         A minimum of 7 years of welding experience is preferred

·         Candidates selected for consideration will be required to complete a welding assessment

·         Must be able to read a tape measure correctly and accurately

·         Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work

·         Must be willing to perform duties beyond welding when needed

·         Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
