Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative with Allegiant Business Group, you will work directly with business owners and employees within an assigned territory. This role combines consultative selling, relationship management, and ongoing client support. Representatives operate as independent contractors, allowing flexibility in how they manage their schedules and develop their client portfolios.

This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and interested in building a sustainable career in outside sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
  • Conduct in-person meetings and benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental coverage options
  • Support clients with enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions
  • Maintain accurate records using company CRM systems
  • Prospect new business through referrals, field outreach, and scheduled appointments
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish performance goals
  • Track and report daily and weekly activity
