General Production Operator (GPO) – Multiple Shifts Available
Location: Janesville, WI
Start Date: Immediate Openings Available
About the Role
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused General Production Operators (GPOs) to join a growing manufacturing team in Janesville. Operators will support production operations by assisting with manufacturing processes, inspecting products, packaging materials, maintaining quality standards, and keeping work areas clean and organized.
Training is provided for motivated candidates who are ready to learn new skills and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely
  • Assemble, inspect, and package products
  • Follow production specifications and quality standards
  • Perform visual quality checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
