DEPARTMENT: Finishing CAQC
LOCATION: International Gamco (9335 N 48th St. Omaha, NE)
SCHEDULE: MON-TH (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

What You'll Do

This is a full-time, permanent position in a manufacturing environment, responsible for supporting the production of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab (break-open) tickets bingo paper and bingo dabbers. This role plays an essential part in the end-to-end production process, supporting various stages from raw material handling to final packaging and shipment.

The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. They should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and be capable of performing a wide variety of physical and technical tasks. The successful candidate demonstrates excellent attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to follow processes accurately. Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting is helpful but not required. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to quality are essential.

A successful candidate will be trained and expected to operate across multiple production areas, performing a wide range of manual and machine-assisted tasks. These tasks include the assembly, collation, cutting, labeling, quality checking, packaging, and palletizing of printed game materials. Team members will work closely with operators and supervisors to ensure each product meets strict quality standards and customer specifications. A high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under deadlines and a commitment to safety and consistency are all key to success in this role.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Move raw materials, finished goods, and production skids as needed throughout the facility to support continuous workflow across departments.
  • Pull and stage designated sets of bingo paper for processing in the Collation department, ensuring materials are correctly prepared and available on time.
  • Load game sheets onto the Tabs Collator and operate a floor-mounted scissor lift to fan out pull-tab ticket sets onto a continuous feeding mechanism, following the operator's direction.
  • Assist the Cutter Operator by placing slit deals of pull-tab tickets onto the cutter bed, checking for accurate placement and preventing ticket mix-ups.
  • Verify ticket serial numbers to avoid crossover between batches and inspect print quality to ensure legibility and adherence to quality standards.
  • Remove and package folded materials from the Bonzai folder and pad sets of bingo paper in preparation for further processing.
  • Jog, align, and remove completed sets of bingo paper from the Bingo Auto Collator, ensuring proper stacking and readiness for packaging.
  • Hand collate and feed multicolored sheets of paper into machines, maintaining proper sequence and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Gluer Operator to stage materials, monitor flow, and maintain efficient operations.
  • Print and apply deal labels to pull-tab flares and cartons and clearly label all flares and product boxes according to specifications.
  • Assemble product boxes per customer requirements, ensuring structural integrity and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack pull-tab tickets into boxes and pack shrink-wrapped books of bingo paper into corrugated cartons with attention to order and count accuracy.
  • Shrink-wrap boxes of pull-tabs and bingo paper using proper equipment and wrap settings for secure packaging.
  • Close and seal finished product boxes, affix required seals and ensure that all flares are correctly matched and included.
  • Place completed deal boxes into master cases, create and apply master carton labels, and stack boxes securely for palletization.
  • Palletize master cartons and boxes of bingo paper, organizing and preparing them for safe shipping and storage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation by following housekeeping and safety protocols.
  • Follow all company production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control standards consistently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals and company objectives.
