Job Title: General Production Associate

As a General Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process at one of the industry’s top organizations.

About the Role:
In this entry-level position, your primary responsibilities include setting up work areas, assisting with line setup, and verifying ingredient codes before production begins. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize work stations to ensure smooth production flow

  • Assist with line setup and ingredient verification to meet quality standards

  • Follow safety protocols and verbal/written instructions

  • Stand and walk for the duration of your shift, maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Basic reading, math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages)
