Job description

       Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Demold composite parts using a hydraulic puller.
  • Complete all required production and operational paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Operate an overhead crane in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Move pallets and materials using a pallet jack.
  • Labor parts in and out using the data collection system.
  • Close production orders and create labels as required.
  • Return tooling to the proper storage location after use.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to help determine production priorities.
  • Maintain 5S standards and support workplace organization.
  • Follow all departmental procedures, work instructions, and operational guidelines.
  • Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and work rules.

     Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience:
  • No prior experience required.
  • Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic ability to complete paperwork and production documentation accurately.
  • Ability to safely use equipment such as a hydraulic puller, overhead crane, and pallet jack.
  • Basic computer or data entry skills for labor tracking and production order processing.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Must be able to lift 45lbs.
  • Must be able to wear all required PPE.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in both hot and cold conditions.
  • Must be able to work around different types of resins and composite materials.
  • Must be able to work around chemicals and solvents such as acetone, releasing agents and various cleaning supplies.
