Job description

We're a commercial service and repair company looking for a full-time, in-house Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly. This role is central to daily operations — you'll be the first point of contact for customers and a key support for our field team.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls; handle general customer inquiries
  • Serve as safety coordinator: maintain safety documentation, track certifications/training compliance, help coordinate safety meetings and incident reporting
  • Manage employee timesheets — collection, accuracy checks, and submission for payroll processing
  • General office duties: filing, correspondence, supply ordering, maintaining office organization
  • Support technicians and management with day-to-day administrative needs

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative/office experience (service industry a plus, not required)
  • Strong phone and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with basic office software (Microsoft Office / Excel,Outlook)
