Work Flexibility: Onsite

Location: 1827 Atlanta Ave, Riverside, CA

Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible, rotational on-call schedule)

Work flexibility: 80% driving, 20% warehouse tasks

Summary:

The Senior Medical Device Driver oversees daily warehouse and logistics operations, including the receipt, storage, packaging, and shipment of medical devices and supplies. In this role, you will ensure accurate inventory control through auditing, reporting, and adherence to established procedures. Additionally, you will coordinate shipping and receiving schedules while optimizing space, maintaining equipment, and driving efficient, compliant operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking, record keeping, cycle counts, and optimize inventory utilization
  • Coordinate and arrange merchandise for transport (delivery and return) and at customer locations
  • Plan and navigate delivery routes using maps and route configurations
  • Perform safety inspections in transportation and warehouse settings
  • Load, unload, and stack materials while checking for sterility, damage, or missing implants/instruments
  • Perform and/or schedule preventative maintenance on company vehicles (fuel, fluids, tires) and maintain accurate records
  • Escalate vehicle repair or major maintenance needs to supervisor
  • Provide customer service by addressing complaints and communicating with branch team; support general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned

What You Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years' relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support business needs, including weekends and evenings

Preferred:

  • Associate's degree
  • Warehouse/Inventory Control experience

$26.30 per hour plus bonus eligible and benefits.
