3-6 Month Contract Opportunity

Pay: $17.50-18.00/hour
Monday-Thursday Schedule (4-Day Work Week)
Available Shifts:
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:15 AM EST
About the Role
We are seeking General Assemblers to support assembly, testing, and packaging operations within a clean room medical device manufacturing environment. This role involves working with small intricate components, following detailed work instructions, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Candidates with hand assembly, microscope work, electronics assembly, or medical device manufacturing experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform hand assembly of small and intricate sub-assemblies and finished products
• Follow detailed written method sheets and production procedures
• Assemble components under microscopes and magnification equipment
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical testing on completed products
• Support packaging and inspection activities to ensure product quality and compliance
• Utilize hand tools and assembly equipment throughout the production process
• Maintain clean room standards and support daily housekeeping activities
• Work independently and within team-based production environments
• Follow safety procedures, clean room gowning requirements, and supervisor instructions
• Support multiple assembly cells and manufacturing operations as needed
Qualifications
• Previous hand assembly or assembly line manufacturing experience required
• Ability to work with small parts under a microscope or magnification equipment
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read and follow written procedures in English
• Experience with hand tools and manufacturing processes preferred
• Soldering experience is a plus
• Medical device manufacturing or clean room experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
