DESCRIPTION
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily restaurant operations, leading staff, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, managing financial performance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local health regulations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.

Team Leadership
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members.
  • Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
