Camping World is seeking a General Manager for our growing team.Camping World is currently seeking a General Manager who creates and oversees all phases of the dealership operations to ensure maximum sales and dealership profitability are obtained in a customer centric environment.What You’ll Do:Manage a quality and knowledgeable sales teamDevelop unique ways to drive sales and increase store profitabilityMaintain in-stock levels through accurate inventory managementDevelop unique and creative ways to drive salesOversee the Profit and Loss and budget responsibility and manages to the budget accordinglyInitiate and tracks cost control mechanismsModel and promote great customer service behaviorSelect and develop staff for growth and development opportunitiesMaintain a safe work area for employees and customersWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:A Bachelor's degree is helpful, but we will consider applicable work experience in lieu of a degreeExperience managing a profit centerCoach, mentor and develop others as demonstrated by previous management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAct in a professional manner while effectively handling problems and facilitate successful outcomesUse and apply independent judgment and discretion to address both short and long-term issuesValid driver's license requiredMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $150,000 - $275,000 or more.
