Job description

About the Role:

As a General Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Marble Falls location. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in retail management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the grocery or food industry
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory and ordering
  • Schedule staff and ensure proper coverage
